Selti ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what rights you have. It reflects Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (as amended, including Amendment 13, effective August 2025).

What we collect

When you shop or interact with us, we may collect: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, order history, and payment confirmation details (we never see or store your full card number — that's handled by our payment processor). We also automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and how you use the Site, through cookies and similar tools.

Whether it's required

The information needed to process and deliver an order (name, address, contact, payment) is required to complete your purchase. Marketing sign-up is always optional. If you choose not to provide required information, we won't be able to fulfil your order.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your orders, respond to your questions, handle returns, prevent fraud, meet our legal and tax obligations, and — only with your consent — send you marketing emails.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that make the shop work: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), our payment processor, and our shipping and courier partners. Some of these providers may process data outside Israel; where they do, we rely on providers that offer an adequate level of protection. We never sell your personal information.

The Site uses cookies to keep your cart working, understand traffic, and improve your experience. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep order and tax records for as long as required by Israeli law, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. If a data security breach affecting your information occurs, we will act in accordance with our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under Israeli law you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it's inaccurate, and to ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these, email selti.support@gmail.com and we'll respond within the timeframe required by law. You can also withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. If you believe your privacy rights have been infringed, you may contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority (הרשות להגנת הפרטיות).
